Using the service
These terms apply to ArabicKeyboard.io, operated by Sciweavers LLC, USA. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the service. Nothing here replaces rights that the law does not allow you to waive.
You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Minors who may lawfully use the service need appropriate parent or guardian permission.
What we provide
We provide an online Arabic keyboard with three typing modes. Fast converts English keys to Arabic letters locally, Smart offers server-backed Arabic word suggestions, and Simple uses an Arabic keyboard layout. The editor also provides text formatting, copy, Word and image downloads, and links to external search or sharing services.
The keyboard is free to use without an account or installation. We may change, improve, limit or discontinue a feature, or temporarily restrict access for maintenance, capacity or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser, device or font. Smart suggestions also depend on the availability of the dictionary service.
Your text and personal material
You retain the rights you already hold in text, phrases and other content you use with the service. You are responsible for having permission to enter, process, copy, export or share that material, including any personal information it contains.
Local typing, saved drafts and exports are processed in your browser. Smart submits the current transliterated word to our server for previews while typing or suggestions when you finish a word. Your use authorizes those requested operations; it does not transfer ownership of your text or give us permission to publish or sell it.
When you choose external search, a social-post composer or email, you authorize that separate action and the information it sends to the selected destination. Review the destination’s terms and privacy practices.
Use the tools responsibly
- Use only material you are entitled to use. Respect copyright, privacy, confidentiality and other rights.
- Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful content, impersonate others or compromise another person’s privacy or security.
- Do not submit malicious code, evade security controls, bypass request limits or overload the website with abusive automated traffic.
- Do not scrape, bulk automate or resell access in ways that interfere with the service or circumvent its intended controls. Contact us about high-volume or integrated use.
- Do not misrepresent a suggested word or exported text as a certification or endorsement by us.
Check the result before you use it
Letter alternatives and Smart word suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Similar English spellings can represent different Arabic words, and a dictionary lookup cannot determine every intended meaning or name. Choose and check the spelling that matches what you mean.
Fast mode follows the keyboard’s letter and modifier rules. It does not promise a linguistically complete transliteration for every word. Smart mode can be temporarily unavailable; the editor preserves your typed text so you can continue using Fast or Simple typing.
Review names, numbers and complete output before sharing or relying on it, especially for important communications. Fonts and downloaded formats may display differently in another application.
Save a copy you want to keep
Browser drafts and saved preferences are conveniences, not a backup service. They may be lost when site data is cleared, browser storage is blocked, private browsing ends or you change device.
Copy or download important text before clearing data or switching devices. You are responsible for protecting those copies. We cannot recover content that exists only in your browser. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the controls and storage lifetimes.
External services and links
Opening Search your text sends your selected text, or your editor text when nothing is selected, to the provider you choose. External websites, email providers, browser and operating-system features, and other i2Suite websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability or output can affect your experience.
We do not endorse a third party’s products or claims merely by providing a link. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how the keyboard handles information and storage.
Our website and intellectual property
The website design, branding, original explanatory material and original software are owned by us or our licensors. Dictionary data, fonts and other third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses and notices.
You may use the keyboard and save or share your own output using the provided controls. This permission does not grant a right to copy our branding, impersonate us or redistribute proprietary parts of the service. Rights granted by separate open-source or data licenses remain unaffected.
Our rights in the website do not change your rights in your own text. For a copyright concern, contact admin@sciweavers.org with the relevant page and enough detail to identify the material and your claim.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether a tool and its output meet your needs.
To the extent permitted by law, Sciweavers LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of profits, opportunities or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Restrictions, changes and contact
We may reject requests or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations or service stability. You can stop using the service at any time; there is no account to close.
We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law. Changes apply prospectively, and mandatory rights under the law that applies to you remain unaffected.
